Emrys McMahon is a Vice President on the A&D team at Intrepid Financial Partners. Emrys is based in Houston.

Prior to joining Intrepid, Emrys was a Vice President on the A&D team at BMO Capital Markets in Houston. Prior to BMO, Emrys was an Associate in the Natural Resources Group at Deutsche Bank in Houston. While at BMO and Deutsche Bank, he advised on asset acquisitions and divestitures in most major US basins and verticals across the energy industry. Emrys began his career as a Reservoir Engineer at ExxonMobil in a variety of operating and business development roles focused on both international and domestic assets.

Emrys received an M.S. in Management Science & Engineering from Stanford University and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering, magna cum laude, from the University of South Carolina. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Texas.
